Insurance
My goal is to give you the best care possible, without limitations, so I’ve chosen to be an out of network provider. This allows me more time to spend on your treatment plan. Please contact your insurance carrier to verify coverage as benefit-eligibility may vary by member’s policy. I will provide you with a superbill that you can submit for possible reimbursement. Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) are accepted.
I will gladly discuss your proposed treatment and answer any questions relating to your insurance. Your insurance is a contract between you, your employer, and the insurance company. I am not a party to that contract. I must emphasize that as a medical care provider, my relationship is with you and not your insurance company.
